Campus Business Manager
· Partners with Campus Director to understand, interpret and analyze the P&L and make sound recommendations
· Manages student financial accounts to include tuition, billing, revenue recognition, bank deposits, cash receipts and student refunds
· Manages aged receivables of active and inactive students to include regular collections and analysis of past due receivables and collections thereof
· Facilitates purchasing of all campus supplies, to include textbooks, student and teaching supplies and all other local purchases necessary for the operation of the campus
· Assist the Campus Director with property management
· Serves as the liaison to HR and Payroll to include communication with applicants and new hires and submitting accurate and timely bi-weekly
