Major investment bank seeks finance & corporate attorney for a part-time temporary assignment. This position will be 3 days a week 9am-6pm approximately but candidates must have flexibility to work longer hours as necessary.
Attorneys will be supporting affiliates in finance corporate, and reviewing and drafting legal documents including formation and dissolution documents, powers of attorney, resolutions and secretary’s certificates.
Attorneys will also be reviewing and drafting charter and constituent documents for entities and advising on questions relating to Federal Reserve reporting of affiliate and subsidiary information, coordinating responses to year end audit inquiries, supervising and coordinating process to pay and file franchise taxes and annual reports, qualifying entities to do business in various jurisdictions, consulting with local counsel as needed, coordinating year-end updates of entity information, and handling special projects relating to affiliate management.

Position Overview
The Leasing Associate is the property's sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to professionally present the features and benefits of the apartment community, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and address the needs of current residents. The Leasing Associate will…
Leasing/Marketing
Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective and current residents meet.
Inspect model apartments and "market ready" units daily to ensure cleanliness.
Answer incoming phone calls and persuade prospective residents to visit the property.
Greet prospective residents and determine their needs and preferences before showing them model apartments.
Conduct marketing outreach to local businesses to promote the property and increase visitor traffic.
Maintain an awareness of market conditions and trends. He/she will be expected to contribute ideas to the property manager for improving resident satisfaction.
Administrative
Complete guest cards on all prospects, send thank you notes and perform visitor follow-up.
Process all lease applications, assist with application verification and notify prospective residents of their application status.
Prepare all new resident lease paperwork.
Physically inspect the property grounds, pick up litter and report any outstanding maintenance needs.
Prepare, organize, and file reports and other resident correspondence.
